On or about 121210H November 2011, PNP elements of Oroquieta City Police Station led by PSUPT PACIANO A DELOSO, Chief of Police, successfully arrested one (1) Dorlevy Ledesma Y Bandala, 33 years old, single and a resident of Brgy. Talic, Oroquieta City. By virtue of a warrant of arrest for the crime attempted murder under criminal case #1862-14-080 issued by Judge Henry Damasing of the RTC branch 14. Subject arrested person is listed number four (4) most wanted person in Oroquieta City.

OOA 210800 January 2010 Provincial Joint Security Coordinating Center (PJSCC) conference was conducted and held at the provincial function hall, Capitol, Oroquieta City.  It was attended by provincial governor Hon Loreto Leo Ocampos, PD Mis Occ PSSUPT ROBERT GUZMAN QUENERY, Provl PCR Officer PSUPT PACIANO DELOSO, 101st Bde Comdr COL ROLAND C  AMARILLE, PA, Provl Election Supervisor Atty Cirilo E Nala Jr, COPs  and COMELEC representatives of the 3 cities and 14 municipalities of the province numbering more or less 55.

Also in attendance was PRO CRDS PSSUPT LYNDEL ALPUERTO DESQUITADO. The highlight of the conference was the presentation of the procedure for security detail  and the conduct of comelec checkpoint by Provl Opns Offr PSUPT CAYETANO F ALBARICO which was immediately followed by an open forum.
